What to Bring for Accident Reporting ?

The driver at the time of the accident must bring the following documents:

• Driving License ​
• NRIC (National Registration Identity Card):
• PHV Driving License (for Private Hire/Grab/Gojek vehicles)
• Company Stamp (if the vehicle is registered under a company)
• Rental Agreement (if it is a rental car for PHV)
• Authorization Letter (if the driver is not the owner, a signed authorization letter from the owner is required before reporting can be done)
• Insurance Certificate
• If Police Attended the Scene: Keep the Police Accident Report Card as it contains the case reference number needed for your online police report.
• If Your Car is Towed to the Traffic Police Vehicle Pound:
• Bring the Notice for Collection letter.
• Fill up and sign the Annex A authorization form for the tow truck to retrieve your vehicle from the Police Pound
• Come down to provide us with your car keys, as Traffic Police usually do not keep the keys when they tow the vehicle.
